Service Description
Supervision is, at its core, a process of professional learning and development that allows individuals to reflect on and develop their knowledge and skills, competence, confidence and resilience. Sessions follow mutually agreed rules of engagement and draw on evidence-based theories and models to support personal and professional growth. The individual’s desired goals are explored, and any issues, ethical dilemmas, or concerns naturally arising in professional practice are addressed together in confidence. Supervision is an essential component of ethical and accountable practice, often engaging in topics such as clinical issues, self-care and resilience, managing relationships, career planning, skill development and leadership. Supervision is tax deductible if self-funded. This 60-minute session can be booked for in-person, online or via telephone and can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your supervision requirements.
Terms and Conditions
* Following your booking, you will receive an appointment confirmation via email and SMS. * If this is your first session, the email will also provide you with a link to complete our Intake Form. * We understand that, from time to time, things can come up that require you to reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to attend an appointment in person, your session can be changed to an online appointment. Please call or email if you are unable to attend your appointment at all and you need to cancel the booking. You can leave voicemails any day of the week if it is outside of our usual business hours. We do not accept SMS cancelation or rescheduling. Cancellation fees apply for no-shows. * Please refer to our online "Payment Terms and Conditions" for information on payments, bookings and cancellations.
