Specialty practice areas
With more than 30 years of professional experience, I bring a steady, compassionate presence to people navigating change, challenge and uncertainty. My work centres on protecting and empowering those who are vulnerable, meeting you gently and respectfully “where you’re at,” without judgement or bias. I support individuals, couples, families and school‑aged children through life transitions, helping you make sense of what’s happening and move toward the goals and direction you choose for yourself. My practice includes grief and bereavement counselling, specialist palliative care support, and guidance through family separation, always grounded in evidence‑based practice and a deep respect for your lived experience. I draw on experience in Family Dispute Resolution and mediation to help you identify unmet needs, explore workable solutions, and make safe, healthy decisions that honour your wellbeing and the wellbeing of those around you.
