Thoughtful Connections provides face to face sessions at our clinic in Mount Gravatt, within metropolitan Brisbane and South East Queensland; and online sessions for anyone, anywhere using a secure private browser.

We have a safe and integrative online booking and payment system. For clients who cannot or prefer not to use this our online system, we are happy to make alternative arrangements - please mention this in your first contact.

Counselling

Social Work

As Social Workers, we help support people in many different areas: adjustment to change, relating, family formation and parenting, mental wellness including coping with trauma, grief and legacy; and all the complexities of social living - difficulties with finance, law, housing and community. Our goal is to respectfully promote self-determination, to help fight injustice, inequity and discrimination. Reach out, you don't need to struggle alone.

This is why we encourage busy professionals, practitioners and carers to participate in individual or group supervision, even if this is not mandated by peak bodies or associations.

Regular structured professional supervision encourages personal reflection and reflexivity in a safe and non-judgemental space. Developing knowledge, skills and competence enhances insight and creates deeper understanding, which promotes choice.
