Thoughtful Connections provides face to face sessions within metropolitan Brisbane and South-East Queensland, telephone sessions within Australia or online sessions for anyone, anywhere using a secure private browser.

We have a safe and integrative online booking and payment system. For clients who cannot or prefer not to use this our online system, we are happy to make alternative arrangements - please mention this in your first contact.

Individual Counselling

Relationship Counselling

Communicating in a respectful and empathetic way is a learned skill, especially within intimate partnerships. It takes trust, patience, and an openness to learning about the other person AND yourself. You might think it's different within family relationships, but developmental change and personal growth test known beliefs and opinions, causing conflict. Social Work

The purpose of Social Work is to overcome stressors affecting personal and communal wellness. We work to support vulnerable, disadvantaged or isolated people of all ages struggling with bereavement or loss, poor mental health, disability, addiction, financial distress or poverty, unemployment, personal or relationship distress, domestic conflicts just to name a few. Professional & Clinical Supervision

If you work in a fast-paced, stressful environment which demands constant focus and peak performance, the high stress levels can negatively impact your health and general wellness. Regular structured professional supervision held in a safe and non-judgemental space encourages personal reflection and reflexivity. Education, Workshops & Training

We deliver workshops, training, and evidence-based psychoeducation programs covering topics like coping with stress; loss, grief and bereavement; identity and the self; managing anxiety and depression; relationships: improving communication, creating for a sustainable future, and 'healthy separation'.
