Service Description
Individual counselling can be daunting, but within a trusting, non-judgemental space with a practitioner who takes the time to really understand your worries and concerns, it becomes a healing process. There are many reasons to attend counselling: - to solve a particular problem - to explore yourself or another person's perspective on something - to better understand relationships - to receive support around change / mental health / grief, loss or bereavement / disability / ageing / domestic and family violence / substance use, or more Whatever your reason is, it's a valid one. It takes courage to reach out - and we're here to find your way, together. New clients are invited to a 30-minute telephone session to assess suitability for this service. Sessions thereafter last 50-60 minutes, and can be in person at our clinic, online or at another mutually-agreed safe and confidential location.
Terms and Conditions
* Following your booking, you will receive an appointment confirmation via email and SMS. * If this is your first session, the email will also provide you with a link to complete our Intake Form. * We understand that, from time to time, things can come up that require you to reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to attend an appointment in person, your session can be changed to an online appointment. Please call or email if you are unable to attend your appointment at all and you need to cancel the booking. You can leave voicemails any day of the week if it is outside of our usual business hours. We do not accept SMS cancelation or rescheduling. Cancellation fees apply for no-shows. * Please refer to our online "Payment Terms and Conditions" for information on payments, bookings and cancellations.
