Service Description
Open to persons who are between 6 and 18 months post-bereavement. 8-week program where up to 10 participants can share their experience, learn new ways to cope with grief and how to adjust to the 'new normal' of life. All participants are required to attend an initial private individual session to assess therapeutic suitability before joining the group. This can occur in person, online or via telephone.

* Following your booking, you will receive an appointment confirmation via email and SMS. * If this is your first session, the email will also provide you with a link to complete our Intake Form. * We understand that, from time to time, things can come up that require you to reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to attend an appointment in person, your session can be changed to an online appointment. Please call or email if you are unable to attend your appointment at all and you need to cancel the booking. You can leave voicemails any day of the week if it is outside of our usual business hours. We do not accept SMS cancelation or rescheduling. Cancellation fees apply for no-shows. * Please refer to our online "Payment Terms and Conditions" for information on payments, bookings and cancellations.
