      8 face to face sessions in closed group, for persons over 6 months and up to 18 months post-bereavement. Formal and structured, these 8 sessions work through loss and restoration in a safe way.

        Initial 90-minute Psychosocial assessment to explore your bio-psycho-socio-spiritual needs, AND one subsequent 60-minute review session of to go over anything that still needs addressing.
