Assessment for new migrant or new migrant family to put in place comprehensive support plan
Service Description
As a new migrant, you may find yourself feeling isolated, stressed and exhausted. Our Thoughtful Connections social worker can help assess your current and future needs, and put in place a supportive integration plan to walk alongside you while you settle into your new environment. This means putting in place a 6-12-month support plan so that you know that you have someone to turn to if you need that extra help - including practical guidance and integration support, systems navigation and counselling support for the whole family. An initial 90 minute session is followed by 60 minute sessions to be booked when you want.
Terms and Conditions
* Following your booking, you will receive an appointment confirmation via email and SMS. * If this is your first session, the email will also provide you with a link to complete our Intake Form. * We understand that, from time to time, things can come up that require you to reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to attend an appointment in person, your session can be changed to an online appointment. Please call or email if you are unable to attend your appointment at all and you need to cancel the booking. You can leave voicemails any day of the week if it is outside of our usual business hours. We do not accept SMS cancelation or rescheduling. Cancellation fees may apply for no-shows. * Please refer to our online "Payment Terms and Conditions" for information on payments and bookings.
